Reception
The hotel reception is a place where we are happy to provide you with all necessary information 24/7 — from the moment of your arrival until your departure.
A welcome drink for adults and children will make your check-in experience more pleasant.
CHECK-IN between 08:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. is subject to room availability.

- €50 / room for check-in between 08:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- €30 / room for check-in between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
To save time on your departure day, we recommend settling all bills the evening before departure or in the morning before breakfast. Between 09:00 and 11:00 a.m., the check-out process may take longer.
AUTOMATIC SURCHARGE – an automatic fee will be charged after the standard check-out time (after 10:00 a.m.)
- €20 / room for check-out between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
SURCHARGE DEPENDING ON ROOM AVAILABILITY – if you wish to check out after 10:00 a.m., please confirm room availability with the reception.
- €30 / room for check-out between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
- €50 / room for check-out between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- 100% of the current room rate for check-out after 2:00 p.m.
In case of early termination of the stay during its course, the hotel charges fees in accordance with the current cancellation policy stated in the General Terms and Conditions available on the hotel’s website.
If you wish to choose your favorite room, a room with a forest view or any other specific room for your relaxation at the Wellness Hotel Chopok ****, you can do so for a one-time fee.

Ski Buses and Ski Room
Three comfortable Mercedes hotel ski buses operate directly from the hotel parking lot every 30 minutes, providing transportation to and from the main ski lift stations in Jasná (Lúčky, Záhradky, Biela Púť, Hotel Grand).
We also offer a modern heated ski room to ensure maximum comfort during your winter holiday. Since skiing comfort begins with well-prepared equipment, we have installed heated boot racks in the ski room to keep your ski gear dry and ready for another great day on the slopes.
Parking
The hotel parking lot is located directly next to the hotel and is monitored 24/7 by a camera system.
Parking at the hotel parking lot is free of charge.
Each room has a free parking space for one vehicle.

Charging Station
The hotel offers a GreenWay charging station for two vehicles, located in the hotel parking lot. A personal/own connector cable is required for charging. Charging electric vehicles is free of charge for hotel guests.
Pets in the hotel
Holiday with your pet
We are also happy to welcome your pets. Accommodation is available for an additional fee of €40 / pet / night.
To ensure a trouble-free stay for you and your pet, please adhere to the following rules:
- Documents upon arrival: Before arriving at the hotel, please make sure that your pet has a valid pet passport (vaccination certificate). We will need it from you to inspect when checking in at the reception.
o Safe stay in the room: If you leave your pet in the hotel room without you, please hang the "Pet in the room" card on the outside of the door. This will ensure peace of mind for your pet and help our staff avoid unexpected situations. - Movement around the hotel: We completely understand that you want to spend your holiday together. You can walk your pet on a leash in the corridors and in your hotel room. However, pets are not allowed in other common areas of the hotel. Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the hotel grounds or in the parking lot.
- Terms and Conditions: Complete information about the stay of pets can be found in our Terms and Conditions (section C). It is essential to familiarize yourself with them.
A little note: If you are interested, we will be happy to lend you a water and food bowl for your pet free of charge. Just ask at the reception.
Other Services
Room service (meals and drinks) is available in all rooms daily from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

For comfortable transportation during your stay in the region or for transfers from the airport, train, or bus station to the hotel, you can use our hotel transfer services.

If you are interested in renting skis or other winter equipment, or if you would like to arrange a ski instructor, our reception will be happy to assist you.
The reception will be happy to arrange bicycle and e-bike rentals for you. A helmet is included with the equipment.
During your stay, you can store your bicycles and e-bikes free of charge.
Wellness Hotel Chopok**** cares about providing a healthy environment for all guests, which is why the hotel is non-smoking.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas for smokers near the reception, by the Praslička conference hall, and in the smoking lounge by the Lobby bar.
