Visit the little brewery in  Kvačany, in vicinity of Liptovský Mikuláš.

The idea of bringing the brewery back to life was initiated by the will to offer what large breweries cannot. Special beer with a unique character of no further modification. With such an incentive, at the country homestead of Master Jozef Brontvai and his wife Katarina, the Microbrewery in Kvačany was put up.

The equipment of the brewery copies the equipage used for traditional beer brewing process –malt preparation, mashing in a mash tun, sparging, brew kettle, tangential brewing, wort cooling through the heat exchanger, yeast addition, fermenting in cylindric-conic fermenters, maturing in a traditional way in special casks. The beer is then put into 5 and 10 litre casks. The character of the beer is balanced, depending on a type of beer – pale, amber, dark lager. One is tender, the other comes more opulent, each possessing individual features, all typical for Brontvai beer.
